Pleasant hotel with pleasant view of the ocean, good restaurant. Best staff; easy check in. Warm continental breakfast with delicious choices. Incredible location, not too far from a shopping mall. Based in a central area.

the breakfast was extensive and nice hot with a nice atmosphere and nespresso coffee, as example, and the downstairs bar was a plus. the room was well-equipped here with hot tub.

The rooms are very stylish, functional and comfortable! Bed perfect! Room service excellent! Staff was friendly!

Although the location is convenient for 1 night on the road, the area is ugly! The hotel for business guests and those on a transit is fine, not far from the airport. Vacation area is not nice enough and no beach nearby!

Modern clean room, but parking spaces were really tight and challenging.

Ideal location for the airport and old town / harbor / Santa Barbara are ideally located within walking distance. Bus to the airport stops around the corner

Everything was nice, brand-new and beautifully decorated room with single beds. Extremely helpful and patient staff, they had a shuttle to airport. The hotel's location was nice and absolutely perfect, not far from the restaurant, the local shops, bars and people and centre of Alicante.

I loved staying here, especially since it was just a 20-minute walk to fine Postiguet Beach and almost 2 km from the excellent Santa Barbara Castle. The clean rooms and helpful staff added to the overall enjoyable experience.

The rooms are air-conditioned with a comfortable bed and good bathroom and the staff are efficient.

View from the pool and location were great! Minibar pretty cheap!

Breakfast very weak only self-service, but then the rate must also suit accordingly! Do not start me on empty plates at the buffet. Very noisy in the hallway, housekeeping literally throws the doors shut! Wake - Up Time, therefore, every day at 8:00. Jacuzzi cold and steam sauna dirty!

The pool is disappointingly small for a hotel this size!!! In-room coffee-making facilities are sorely missed!!! The parking garage is frustratingly tight!!! Limited English channels on TV leave much to be desired!!!

The lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room The distance from the centre. It is a pleasant 20/30 minute walk but to far to nip back to hotel during the day. Didnt bother me but there was always a 'working girl' outside on an evening.

The second time in this hotel and it will not be the last time. Staff is great and the pool with its own pool bar is even better. , A place to feel good! However, a bit further from the center, but definitely worth it!
